Just a nice day at the fence of volkel AB

On March 24, 2021, the morning was spent at Volkel Air Base to take photos of a well-received special visitor from the US Air Force in the form of a Casa CN-235 operating for the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC). After a short visit, the Casa left after an hour to Iceland and then the USA.
In addition to this special visitor, the main runway at Volkel AB was also under maintenance, which meant that the local F-16s operated from the parallel runway.
